The Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas Energy Efficiency Program provides free energy-saving products and rebates for energy upgrades. Through the Multi-Family Program, property owners can sign up for a free assessment to identify opportunities for energy savings. We will walk through your building and make recommendations for improving HVAC equipment and help you apply for rebates. We also provide free energy-saving products, including pipe insulation and Energy Star Certified LEDs, at no cost.
